Water fitness – Aqua Aerobics – Aquacize. Exercising in the water goes by many names. They all mean working out in the water is great! Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned athlete, I believe there is a way for you to use the water to stay active or to add variety to your fitness routine.

I am in my 19th year of perpetual motion in the water. I was a certified Red Cross Aquatic Exercise Instructor for 12 years. I recently picked up another water fitness instructor certification through IFA (International Fitness Association). I'm passionate about working out in the water and the benefits it provides! I work hard to ensure that each class is accompanied by the right music and contains a balanced variety of activities. I continually stress modification based on individual needs.
